Create an account in another team members private vault via CLI

Hi,
I'm the team admin and I would like to create a login for a new user who is starting in his new private vault with this data:

Name of login
username
password (auto randomly generated 14 characters)
Link to website.

How can I do this with CLI

    @AlexUsov this currently is not possible solely with the CLI. We do have a beta feature in the web app that allows sharing an item to another user (which puts it into their private vault), but this feature is not yet supported by the CLI.'

    It's something we'd love to support though, so keep your eyes out :)
