Access to vault from 2nd device
I have an account and a vault, which I set up on my Mac (pretty sure I set it up to share via 1Password.com), but I can’t access it’s contents on my iPhone. The vault is shown, with the correct count of items, but no items are listed.
(At one point I started to set up a family vault but decided not to finish. Maybe the s/w is somehow confused by that?)

If you log in at https://my.1password.com are you able to view the contents of the vault there?

You’re welcome! So the data is properly being saved to your account... If you restart your iPhone does the problem persist?

Yes it persists; still can’t see vault items

In that case I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iPhone:
