1Password 7/website not updating from ios apps and chrome extension

I have a 1Password subscription, running 1Password7 on my mac (OS is current) and ios apps on my ipad and iphone. 1Password extension running on Chrome. My chrome extensions and ios apps have correct and current data, as that's typically where I manage new/updated passwords. 1Password 7 and the 1password website however have at least one record which has an outdated password. I am of course concerned there could be outdated passwords in my ios apps and chrome extension as well. How do I sort this out? In all apps I show one account with two vaults, one which is labelled Personal. I do not have any vaults named Primary.

    Welcome to the forum, @rowsolar! Sorry to hear about the difficulty; that's certainly not expected behavior for items in the same vault across devices. Rather than discuss the details of your information in this public forum, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.
