Is it possible to (newly) Download 1Password 6 still?

Hi guys!

I have an older Mac with 10.11 -that's the highest I can upgrade. Can I download the previous version still? And if I do, will the info all be linked with 1PW 7 on my Macbook & iPhone & iPad?
