为什么我的账号在本月已经完成了会员扣费 但是登录mac客户端时却显示账户被冻结

    我在登录你们的官方网站后,将原有的itunes绑定方式换成了年费的方式,但是起始时间也是不对的,本来我八月份的月费已经付过了,现在不但即扣了一个八月的月费,又扣了一个全年的年费,同时起始日期又是从八月份算的,但实际上应该是从九月份开始算才对。
