Locked out after enabling Authy Two Factor for 1Password

I enabled Two Factor Authentication in the web interface per 1Password docs. Authy is listed as a supported 2FA provider. Authy does not support QR codes on Mac, so I cut and paste the code given in 1Password. 1password then asks for the Authy code which I enter and it accepts. At this point all clients start asking for the two factor code to proceed, however the Authy code does not work. Cannot get back into the web interface to disable. Seems like a pretty serious bug or problem with Authy support?

I sent in a support ticket to ask to disable 2FA on my account but no reply yet.
