I bought a new MacBook and reinstalled 1password and now I can't add logins

What gives? I have a standalone copy of 1password that I paid full price for. But for whatever reason, on 1password 7, it's trying to make me subscribe? I just want to add new logins like I've always been able to do, I don't understand why that option is gone.

1Password 7 is not included with any previous purchases. It requires either a 1Password membership (recommended) or a new license. You can read more about these options here:
