Logins Not Saving in iOS App

Hi. Having a lot of issues. Logins created in the iOS app aren’t saving, which is a pretty huge issue. The attached screen shot displays saying the login has been saved and the password is copied, but the login is not saved.

It seems like this is one of the most simple functions the app should do... very troubling that this is happening after I’ve upgraded.

    Hi @brm112

    What do you have set in 1Password > Settings > Vaults > All Vaults > Vault for Saving? Is that the vault that you're viewing?

    Thanks Ben, this led me to fix the issue. Previously, I had a licensed version of 1Password that was syncing with Dropbox. The set-up and switch-over to the 1Password membership has been a little rocky, and the directions haven't always been clear.

    @brm112,

    Do you still have a Primary vault on the device? If so that can cause problems down the road. Unless you have good reason to keep it we recommend removing it:
