I forgot my secret Key !!

Hi,

I accidentally deleted 1password app from my iPhone, and when I tried to enter my account once I downloaded the app, it asks me for a secret key, which I don't have, I also don't have my account emergency kit !!

What should I do? Please HELP

    Do you only have 1PW on your iPhone? Or do you have it on a Mac or Windows machine?

    Secret keys are part of the subscription model. If you have a licence you won't have a secret key.

    Welcome to the forum, @najim! I'm so sorry to hear about the lost Secret Key. Can I ask: prior to deleting 1Password from your iPhone, were you using it on any other device(s), and if so, what method of sync were you using?
