Installing V7 on iPad

So I downloaded v7 (non-subscription) from apple onto my iPad but when I launch it I get the welcome screen which has try free trial and already using Ipassword choices. The choices for already using is 1p.com and iCloud...but I am already using 1P synched via dropbox. I don't see a choice for using dropbox. How do I get the app see my old v6 agiebit or the new v7 opt file which I have since I converted my 3 macs and iphone.?
