Sorry for such a grim subject line, but I have been trying to reach tech support for over a week and cannot get a single response (#VXR-19384-377). I thought by having a paid membership that would entitle me to at least some sort of support, but that does not seem to be the case.

Does anyone know how to get help if their support system is not working?
