    @Vail6500 - sorry for the trouble! The first step I'd try is to delete the extension, restart your Mac and reinstall it from this link. If you've already tried that, or you try it and that doesn't work, then the next step would be to delete and reinstall Firefox itself. Let me know how that goes for you! :)
