Browser and iOS have the same secret key, but MacOS has a different secret key. The Mac version is the most up-to-date version. Is it possible to merge databases and then screen out duplicates?

@BarryH - sorry for the trouble! It sounds as if you may have more than one 1password.com account. Could that be possible? It's not possible for a single account to have more than one Secret Key. Having more than one account would also account for the discrepancy in sync between devices; if one is signed into one account and another is signed into a different account, there's no expectation the two will match. Can you look in your Mac's copy of 1Password, in Preferences > Vaults and tell me what you see there? Number and names of vaults? And then do the same for your iPhone: Settings > Vaults? Thanks.

Hi, Lars,
I may have more than one account. I remember trying out 1P for Families. Maybe I screwed something up when I was transitioning away from that.
The following linked image is on my MBP. The left column says there are 777 items in Personal:

@BarryH - thanks for the screengrabs. One other thing I didn't mention in my last reply is that it's impossible to sign up for more than one individual 1Password account from the same email address; the system prevents it. Since both of these are called "Barry Harris," and it's not possible for you to have created two accounts using the same email address, I see two possibilities:
- You have a sync issue that we need to look more closely at, or
- You signed up for two different individual accounts at different times with different email addresses.
Please don't post any email addresses here in this public forum. But please do go in 1Password for Mac to Preferences > Accounts and look to see what email address (and Secret Key) you have there, and compare it to what's in your iPhone under Settings > 1Password accounts. Let me know what you discover.

Both my MBP and iPhone show the same account email address. But the secret keys are different.
The plot thickens.

@BarryH - Interesting! What is the sign-in URL, if I might ask? is that the same as well, or is one perhaps an individual account that uses https://my.1password.com and the other a 1Password Families or 1Password Teams account that uses https://(user-chosen-prefix).1password.com ? You are able to use the same email address to create or belong to multiple accounts on different domains.

The account email is the same on both MBP and iPhone: https://my.1password.com. I can't find an email on the browser-based version of 1P.

@BarryH - OK. Thanks for the follow-up. At this point, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.
