Why is cache.agilebits.com located in Israel?

The other connections are mostly in US. However, why is cache.agilebits.com in Israel?
Would it be possible to move the server to the EU or the US?

    @justaquestion: It's not. it isn't "located" anywhere; it's hosted on a CDN, with servers all over the world. So it can't really be "moved". The IP I'm getting here is showing up as "Illinois". You'll get a different one based on the IP you're connecting from. But of course IP addresses are not really geographical in the first place.
