Have Membership but can't access or even set up new account
Had subscription through itunes then in Jan changed to a year subscription and now i have NO Password, SecretKey or Emergency Kit. I have deleted my data off the cloud, but maddeningly I cannot set up new account unless I sign in and I can't sign in without Password and Secret Key. I have received an email from 1 Password confirming that I have an account and that my Secret Key begins #### but that does not help me. Argh - support is so slow can anyone help me?
