Bought 1Password Pro on iOS; can I use this on 1Password for Windows?

I purchased 1Password Pro on iOS. While I love it, I find it easier to manage and organize everything via PC (old school, I know). I downloaded 1Password 7 for Windows 10 and synced my vault, but it appears as though my vault is read-only. Do I have to subscribe / purchase a license in order to edit my vault on PC? Thanks!
