How do you share your passwords with the rest of your team

Hi all, I'm brand new (just signed up) and have been using Last Pass for the last 3 years

1) How do I share my PW with other team members?
-- I have an office manager and consultants I share logins with for my CRM system.

2) What is the real difference between Family and Team (apart from price)
-- The comparison chart does not make it very clear.

1Password Families isn't eligible for business use. From a technical perspective it doesn't have the level of control or auditing that most businesses are required to have.
