& if I have how Much & How can remove this from MyiPhone

    You can check your purchase history to see what you’ve purchased from Apple and how much you’ve paid. As all iOS apps are sold by Apple directly, and they do not share the individual details of purchases with developers, we have no way of knowing if you’ve purchased or how much you’ve paid.     See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

    That said the “key” icon you are referencing isn’t 1Password. It is iCloud Keychain, which is a feature of iOS. You can read more about that in this guide from Apple:
