What information would you want on it? If you take a look at the emergency kit for accounts, the only thing relevant for standalone vaults would be the empty placeholder for the Master Password:

@Shawzborne - indeed, @pervel (and his marvelous Sherlockian mock-up!) are right on the button: the Emergency Kit was developed especially for 1password.com accounts because those contain four specific pieces of information a user needs to access his/her data on new devices: their email address used to register for the account (might be obvious for some but many people have multiple email addresses), the specific sign-in URL at 1Password.com, their Secret Key (which is auto-generated and filled in) and the Master Password. The only one of those that's relevant to standalone 1Password is the Master Password, since none of the other things exist in a standalone setup.
That said, we definitely do recommend that standalone users have a written/typed & printed copy of their Master Password somewhere -- we typically recommend either a safety deposit box at a bank, or with an attorney. We really don't build any back doors into 1Password and as a result, one of the only true bummers about working here is having to tell some poor soul who's just lost a spouse or parent that no, we really can't give them their loved one's data that's locked away in 1Password if that person didn't leave a printout of their Master Password anywhere. And that's to say nothing of the people who turn on Touch ID and use it exclusively for just long enough to forget their Master Password...and then Touch ID crashes, requiring their Master Password.
