A member of my team lost his password--how does he reset it?

He can't find a reset button and is being asked for a secret key. I don't see where I--as admin--can reset it at all. What to do?

@Kenergizer: Great question! There is no "reset button", but another admin on the team will be able to put their account into recovery mode so they can setup new credentials:
