Upgrade 1password4 and for windows family licenses to 7?

I purchased the family license deal back in 2014 and am running 1password6 (Mac).
My children are at a point where they want to start using our windows license.

What are my options for upgrading my licenses to stand-alone version 7 licenses for Mac and Windows
I will not use subscriptions or cloud storage options.

@gkran: If you're ruling out a 1Password Families membership out of hand, you'd need to purchase a single license for each family member for each version they want to use. You can find pricing in the announcements detailing what's new:
