Mac Firefox 1Password X not starting at all

Hey,
just trying to switch form lastpass, and everything looks interesting, but the main thing - the browser extension for my main browser FireFox on Mac (all updated) - is not working. I installed 1Password X (11.10.2), and whenever I click on the icon, I just get redirected to moz-extension://f37fe882-680d-a64d-af4c-4224e8aff254/app/app.html#/page/welcome and only see a white screen. When I debug the extension, all I see in the console is "TypeError: OC is null[Weitere Informationen] background.js:1:1420032".
I deactivated all other extensions and restarted FF.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Oh, and I checked this entry, and I have none of the mentioned options enabled:

@makkabi: I'm not able to reproduce what you're describing nor have I heard of any others encountering an issue like that. It sounds like something is broken in Firefox, since that URL should open the extension. Which version of Firefox are you using?

@brenty Latest, 61.0.2 (64-Bit). Other extension (when enabled again) work fine. Let me know if I can provide any further information.

@makkabi: Do you have the same issue if you install a fresh copy of Firefox, and use a new profile?

@brenty I wanted to avoid doing this, but it worked after I switched to a new profile (without a fresh install of FF). So, thanks for the support, and you can close this thread.

Oh I hear you. I don't find the whole profile management process very friendly myself. But I'm glad it's there at all since Firefox seems to have issues with corrupt profiles with some regularity. Really glad to hear that did the trick. :)
