Using Android 1Password7 now since its out, and having no issues, yesterday i got the info on my phone i should upgrade from agilechain to opvault, so i did.
On my desktop 1Password4 everything is working fine, but on android it tells me that the

"data folder for syncing with 1password isnt available anymore"

My dropbox contains these 4 folders (the 1password2 was renamed, cause its the old keystore)

1Password Version: 7
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Android
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Like you see:

Left 1Pass7 (no attachment) RIGHT 1Pass4 (attachment there)

  • Hi @m3morex. Thanks for reaching out! Were you able to sync your Android device up with 1Password for Windows? Also, do you see your attachments on Android?

As already mentioned above obvisioiusly not

  • @m3morex from the details that you've provided so far, it looks like we're going to need to get some diagnostic reports from you. Could I get you to create one from 1Password 7 on your Android device and one from 1Password 4 on your Windows PC?

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:

    • A link to this thread: url
    • Your forum username: username

That way I can "connect the dots" when I see your diagnostics in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number.  Please post that number here so I can track down the diagnostics and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once I see the diagnostics I'll be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
