Lost secret key during free trail

Hi,

I signed up originally for a free trail of 1Password 7 when I was using 6 on my Macs.
I then decided to move back to 6 as I wasn't ready to upgrade yet.

Now I'm ready to upgrade to 1Password 7 membership but I do not have access to the I'm supposed to have created during the free trail sign up process.

What can I do without starting over again or losing my current data?

    Could you send me a diagnostics report from your Mac? Here are instructions for creating the report:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID.  Please post that ID here so I can find your email and respond quickly. :)
