No browser extension works, wiping data/apps/extensions didn't help
HI,
I'm running v7.1.1 on Mac OS. Despite a data reset and deleting all the apps and extensions I still get a message from the browser extension that the identity can't be confirmed. The app and the menu bar extension work fine. What do I need to do to make this work?

To avoid a lot of guessing before hitting on the right reason I'd like to review a diagnostic report as it will reveal the cause. With that in mind can you:
- Restart your Mac.
- Launch 1Password and unlock.
- Launch the browser or browsers that result in this error message and attempt to use the extension.
- After the dialog has presented itself confirming the issue create a diagnostic report and send it in.
This link will guide you through the steps and has sections for the various supported versions of 1Password.

The email address you will want to use is support+extension@1password.com.
Once you've sent the report you should received an automated response from us with a ticket ID. If you can post that ticket ID here it will help us locate your diagnostic report and we'll see what it reveals.
