Hi. I purchased a personal account and would like to upgrade the existing one to Families account. Is it possible?

    Yes, login to your account through a browser and on the right hand side below you name click settings. You will see a button in the center pane that says convert to family account. Click that and follow the prompts.

    thightower’s advice is good. :) If you do not see that option it is likely because your subscription is through Apple rather than us directly. In this case please reach out to our sales team at sales@1password.com and they’ll be able to assist further.
