Moving between vaults

Hi,

Often when trying to move a password from one vault to another the copy/move options are greyed out. I will attach a screenshot to this post if possible but from 'all vaults', I right click a password, select 'share' then choose a vault to move it to and two options copy/move appear, but both are greyed out. That happens whichever vault I select, I have 7 of them. How do I move an item?

    I can't move in the web interface or the Chrome browser extension either

    That's it thanks - I set up the account so I assumed I'd have full privileges, but I've now given them to myself and can move/copy
