I cannot access any of my data. I even tried purchasing a membership and it still is missing

    Can you access it now? What is the common reason why it happened?

    The common reasons for such difficulties are:

    • Forgotten Master Password / lost Secret Key
    • Erased only device without properly backing up / syncing 1Password data (or not using 1Password membership)
