I saved a login on 1Password Mac but this is not available on my PC 1Password, or any of my browers

I saved a login on my Mac using 1PAssword (latest version), but this is not available on my MAc via the browser extension, nor is it available on my PC 1 Password app (7.2.566)

    Hi @mwilson30

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please let us know which version (specifically) of 1Password for Mac you’re using? How are you syncing your data? Also if you quit and re-launch 1Password for Mac does that cause the item to appear elsewhere?

    Ben,
    Thanks for this. I have now resolved the issue. On my Mac the default vault was not the same as that on my other devices and hence I could not see the login.
