I cannot save any password, keep getting error messages

Hello I am on trial period. Everytime I try to save a password I get this message "We were unable to reach the server. Please check your internet connection and try again." Please let me know how this can be solved

    Are you using 1Password X on your computer? If so, please tell me what browser you are using 1Password X in, as there is a known issue with 1Password X we are currently investigating.

    Also, please try to use our standard 1Password extension (not 1Password X) and let me know if it works better for you. Thank you! :+1:

    It suddenly started working without any issues? Maybe it just needed a restart? It's been 3 days now that I am using the product. It's an amazing tool. I am buying it without any second thoughts cause it makes my life easy!

    Thanks for letting us know. I'm glad you're liking it so far! We have so much plans for improving 1Password X extension (including other 1Password apps as well). It's hard to believe 1Password X is about to have its first birthday in two months.

    By the way, I've moved this to the 1Password X forum since you originally posted in the Windows forum that is for 1Password for Windows product.
