Is 1Password for iOS modifying items on use/view?
Hi.
I'm experiencing weird behaviour when syncing a vault between my Mac and iPhone. I'm using wifi sync and the latest versions of 1Password for macOS and iOS (7.1.1, no subscription, no accounts).
Now. On the Mac I like to use the "sorted by Date Modified" view (which is seriously missing from the iOS app!). So I see when items change right away.
Syncing between platforms works both ways as far as I know. But only when there are changes. Every now and then though I see changes made to items after I snyced my Mac with my iPhone. I didn't modify anything on iOS .. yet some items are sorted to the top of the list (Mac). It looks like 1Password for iOS changes items when .. I use them? Or .. looked at them (opened them in the app)?
Is that correct or expected behaviour?
1Password Version: 7.1.1
Extension Version: 4.7.2
OS Version: macOS 10.13.6 (iOS 11.4.1)
Sync Type: Wifi

@dnebannoS: Indeed, sorry for the confusion there. There is currently a bug in 1Password for iOS that will cause it to update the time stamp of items you view. Technically, this always happens and is intended, so that you can find items that are most frequently used. But it is unintended that it records this as a "modification", and it's something we'll be addressing in an update.

Looks like the OP has the same issue that I posted about here: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/94931/bug-or-intended-accessing-an-item-in-ios-app-changes-the-last-modified-date-for-the-item.
Good to see that the 1Password staff is investigating the issue.
