Support email access
If I sent a support email, is there a way that I can access the message that I sent? I would like to be able to post my question with all of the details by copying what I already spent time writing.

There is not.
I would like to be able to post my question with all of the details by copying what I already spent time writing.
Please avoid contacting us via multiple channels (e.x. email and forums) about the same issue unless you’re requested by us to do so as it causes a duplication of efforts which slows down the support process for everyone. We make every effort to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Thanks for replying. What should I do when I haven’t gotten a reply to my email, and I have also forwarded it to the urgent support email?
