We have a team account, and 2 users had a shared vault disappear from their list of visible vaults.

These two users noticed a shared vault was no longer visible in their 1Password app. I was able to go back in to the admin UI and re-add the vault, but wondering if there is any visibility or audit logs available to see how or why the permissions were changed.
