Master Password isn't working
I have two accounts, 1 work account and 1 family account. I deleted and started over. The app accepted my master password for the family account, but now all of the data, passwords, items are not in there. The app is NOT accepting the master password for my work account. I need help.

A few questions:
- What was the reason for deleting your data and starting over?
- Are you able to log in to the work account at https://start.1password.com/ ?
- Do you recall having a “Primary” vault prior to starting over?

@jgomez28 - if you cannot remember the Master Password for your "work" account, you should get in touch with an Owner or Administrator of your 1Password Teams account. (S)he will be able to help you recover your account. If YOU are the only Owner or Administrator on the account, then you will need to delete it and start over. Either way, I think at this point, to get a closer look at the situation on your devices, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.
