Transfer membership from old account

I originally opened and paid for 1Password 7 under Invoice_ID: [removed]. I lost the laptop that was on and lost access to my vault. I got around to deleting the vault and decided to re-open under a new email, the one attached to my account now. I'd like to have that payment attached to this on I'm using. Please let me know what I can do?
