@dnyanesh: I'm not sure it's possible for an extension running in the browser to support an OS-level feature like Windows Hello, but our Windows 1Password desktop app already supports it, and that's also included in a 1Password.com membership:
Use Windows Hello to unlock 1Password on your Windows PC
