Been waiting for a response from support for 5 days now .... despite sending a couple of reminders.

They have been slow lately, but it shouldn't be that long even so. Perhaps your email has got lost somehow.
If it isn't a question that needs dealing with privately (billing questions and the like) post your problem on the forum. That gives experienced users a chance to reply, and AgileBits do regard it as the preferred method.

Our team works from the oldest tickets to the most recent tickets. Replying to your own message without having heard from us bumps you back into the newest section. Could you please post the support ID from your ticket?
