Lost my Authy 1Password Account (2 forms factor identification) after a clean iOS 12 install.
Hello everyone!
This is my very first post! First, I'd like to apologize for my broken English!
I hope I can get some help, because I'm a bit lost right now.
I'm using the last version of 1Password (I'm having an Personal Subscription and Mac OS and iOS…) , I've done a IOS 12 clean install today, and I didn't make a back up of my Authy account (I'm using two factor identification / https://authy.com).
BTW I ask for a "Account Recovery Request" on Authy website, it take 24 h to process… I'll let you know if it's help. And I also send a mail to 1Password support.
**Now, 1password ask me for the 6 digits number identification, but I cannot see what I can do :'( **
