Is the iOS 1Password v.7.2 upgrade still a stand alone

I do not want to upgrade if it is only a trial for 30 days. The information sometimes is confusing. I have installed iOS 12 but I want to keep the standalone app. I don't want the subscription.

    We haven’t had a paid upgrade on iOS since v3. A membership is highly recommended, but not required. :)
