Update/Lizenz funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

ich hatte damals eine Vollversion von 1Password gekauft. Von Anfang an, konnte ich kein Update machen, weil angeblich die Lizenz ungültig ist.

Wie kann ich auf eine aktuelle Version updaten?

    Welcome to the forum, @renuel2011! If your previous purchase of 1Password was before March 27 of this year, then version 7 requires an upgrade purchase to use. This is the case for most people, and it's likely why you're having trouble using your existing license: because previous versions' licenses do not work for 1Password 7 for Mac.

    You're welcome - even encouraged! ;) - to upgrade to the new version, but to do so, you'll need to either purchase a new license (which can be done within the app itself), or subscribe to a 1password membership (which can also be done within the app, or by visiting the main 1Password sign-up page and creating your account). All 1Password apps (for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android) are included in every 1Password membership. Hope that helps! :)
