I changed my subscription from family to individual and now nothing will sync please help? New or amended logins appear to remain in my 'desk top' account but do not sync at all

Not that I am aware of. I have only just started using 1Password and have installed it on a number of devices, but the primary administration is from my desk top. This only has vaults called "Private" and "Shared". My plan is to master the use on my desk top before using it on other devices.

Hi Ben - when I log in at https://my.1password.com/ everything is there. In the address bar, at the top right corner of the screen, I have two 1Password icons. Neither of these reflect the same content as https://my.1password.com/. When creating a new Login, directly from the internet, if I select the save in 1Password option I get an error message saying cannot connect with the server.

Many thanks to Ben, Sebastian and everyone else in the support team. All is now sorted and I am able to use 1Passowrd across multiple devices.

Thanks for the update @mlpenn. I wasn’t aware you had been working with Sebastian. In the future please try to avoid contacting us via multiple channels regarding an issue as it’ll cause a duplication of efforts, which slows down the support process for everyone. I’m glad to hear you were able to get this sorted out, though. :+1:
