The master password works on macOS, but not iOS.

    Hi @mdleighty

    It sounds as though iCloud has not kept up with any Master Password changes. Please try this on your Mac:

    • Open and unlock 1Password, then choose 1Password > Preferences. Click Sync, select your Primary vault, and set “Sync Primary vault with” to None.
    • In 1Password, choose Help > Troubleshooting > Reset iCloud Data.
    • Set up syncing with iCloud fresh: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/

    Please let me know how that turns out.

    Ben,

    Sorry, I neglected to mention that I use 1Password for Families. Anyway, when I couldn't find what you suggested, I decided to delete and reinstall 1Password for iOS. It found the account and downloaded all of my vaults. All back up and running again! Thanks for the help!
