Cannot sign in after account recovery
I've just had my family administrator assist me in recovering my account. I received my emergency repair kit and copied the fields from it into the login window of my desktop 1Password app (WIndows 10). I'm receiving the message "Your sign-in address, email address, secret key, or master password is incorrect". I'm baffled about this since I copied the fields from my emergency repair kit.
Can anyone help. At the moment, I'm at a complete stand-still.
