Since updating to FF 62.0.2 I can't get auto-fill to function. Affecting all 4 of my Macs.
Known issue?

  • @schwaggy,

    Firefox and 1Password are in the root level /Applications folder?

    @schwaggy,

    Can you send in a Diagnostics Report? That's going to be the easiest way for me to see what's happening.

    please report back with the ticket number the email system generates for you.

    I had the exact same problem. In the Diagnostics Report I found that the Native Messaging Hosts folder did not exist. I created the folder for Mozilla (https://support.1password.com/cs/native-messaging-chown/) and restarted 1Password. Solved the problem for me.

    @svamann - yep, that will sometimes be the issue for certain users; for one reason or another, the Native Messaging Hosts folder (or even the entire Mozilla folder!) just doesn't get created, and in those cases, the steps at the link you provided will be the solution. Thanks for posting it! :)
