Can my macOS app integrate directly w/1P to store and retrieve passwords?
Hello there,
This is a developer question for sure. We are developing a macOS app that requires users create a password (and use that password as well in the future). We would love to integrate directly with 1P and it seems to me that I have seen this done, but I cannot find any information about how to do it.
Is this possible at all and if so, can you point me to some documentation?

Hi @sjlinwarsaw,
We don't currently have an API for integrating at that level. The only integration we currently offer on the Mac is for Mac apps to be able to ask 1Password to open/open and fill specific items via Spotlight. https://support.1password.com/integration-mac/
