My vaults do not open on my new Iphone10

I am trying to open a password, but my vaults that hold all of them do not open. This is a new Iphone 10

Could you please explain what you mean by “do not open”?

Thanks Ben, on my computer, when I open 1 password all my stored accounts are automatically listed. I’m my phone however all that is listed are Vaults and they do not open to show my accounts
