@june8 - not sure what you want us to do with this information. In Preferences > General at the bottom, you can check (or uncheck) the box marked "Show item counts in sidebar." If it's unchecked, you'll see a count for only the total items, and the trash. If checked, 1Password will show item counts for other various views in the sidebar.

    There're items in Trash.
If no items in Trash no zero displayed as count.

@june8 - yes, thanks! Now that you've explained that there were items in the trash. :)

Please Quit 1Password 7 Completely by typing ^⌥⌘Q (or just holding down the Control and Option keys as you choose Quit from the 1Password menu), then re-open 1Password from your Applications menu, and let me know if that view changes -- either if the items no longer appear, or the count in the sidebar for Trash changes.

If Trash were empty I wouldn't ask you for this problem. If trash were empty 1P7 would display nothing instead of zero. I also added a screen shot with my first message.

Anyway, your ⌥⌘Q magic didn't help.

@june8 I'm working on the issue. I hope we can include the solution soon.
