My fault, lost master password.
Hi. I've emailed and Tweeted without response. I screwed up during my migration from local/Dropbox to a 1P account and forgot my new master password. Now I'm obviously locked out of my vault AND my 1p account. I need the 1P account reset so I can use a previous vault that I have access to. Please advise as soon as you can. Thanks. (Yes, I'm an idiot.)

I’m not seeing any emails in our inbox from the email address you have listed in this forum. Could you please post your support ID? You should’ve received one when you emailed in.

No worries. All sorted out now. Laura helped me via email. Account reset, backup restored.
