Require Touch ID on Mac Book Pro and running Mohave for specific websites only!

I have added the 1Password extension to safari with no problems - my question is with this enabled, Is it possible to require Touch ID as a secondary input for certain websites?
For instance, my cloud based accounting and client data sites that I must log into via safari and like to force a second layer of security in case I leave my laptop open.
I would like to force Touch ID every time instead of having auto fill for only these two sites.

    Welcome to the forum, @smac! That's not currently possible in 1Password for Mac; Touch ID is used only to unlock 1Password itself, not to provide a second factor for website authentication.
