App will not open

in iOS

On iPhone 6s the 1password app all of a sudden has the cloud symbol and when I try to open it loads but will not open. Please help

    Could you please describe what happens when you attempt to open 1Password on your iPhone? Also, do you have 1Password installed anywhere else, and is it working there?

    It was loading the app with the clock movement thing and when it finished I would click on it and try to open it and it would start the loading process again. It has now been stuck at 99.9% complete on loading and will not finish so I cannot even open it. It still says "loading" and will not finish. Today is the first time this has been a problem.

    I did as you suggested to restart the iPhone but app continues to say its loading and then does not. Note: I have 1Password 7 on my Mac Laptop and it works fine.
